What do you love most about what you do? I honestly think I have the best job in the world! I love the challenge of hunting for the perfect home and the joy of helping people get the property of their dreams. All that hard work really pays off, but while I'm hunting, I get the pleasure of touring some amazing properties here on the Eastern Shore. The Atlantic Ocean is still in my top three favorite views!
Was there a person or experience that inspired your career?
With over 30 years of experience in sales, corporate marketing, advertising, sales management, and construction, I have worked with top home builders up and down the East Coast. I was excited to put it all to use and jump into real estate. I liked the idea of getting out what you put in, and being my own boss.
What does your business do better than anyone else?
Buy and sell in Sunset Island in Ocean City, MD! I live here myself, so my business partner, Chris Jett, and I love to do deals here because we know it so well.
We also have been in the business for over 30 years, are local to the area, and have a strong work ethic. Our experience and ethical outlook are just two of the reasons we have a strong rapport with all our clients while matching their needs and wants in each property transaction. In addition, we are licensed in both Maryland and Delaware, helping us get clients the listing they want with no borders.
What do you wish you could change?
I wish I could change the interest rates. They really scare some people from buying, but I always say, date the rate, marry the home! You can always break up with the rate later if you choose to refinance your home.

I'm very involved with my community. I reside in Sunset Island/Ocean City with my wife, Beth. For fun, you might find me on one of Ocean City’s 18 great golf courses stealing a little quiet time.
